Manor Mill Lane is in the vicinity of Leeds United Football Club off the Beeston Ring Road - A6110 and is the north east junction where the ring road intersects with the A643 (Elland Road). Manor Court is ahead and to right about 100 metres from the roundabout. Parking is to the front of the building.
Approx 3.5 miles south of Leeds city centre and 7 miles north west of the M1/M62 intersect. Travelling north on the A653 from the M62 exit 28 the journey is around 8 miles. Leeds and Bradford airport is some 11 miles to the north.
